Awareness Day

Following on from the success of the initial introduction to Mental Health, Havering Healing Rooms presents a second opportunity to enhance your knowledge of mental health.

The aim of the day will be to create a deeper understanding of mental health and will include teaching, discussions, Q&As and an optional ministry time.

The day will be presented by Tracy Bobin, a clinical nurse consultant at the Institute of Psychiatry and Phil Robertson an approved social worker with 21 years experience specialising in mental health.

The day will start with a presentation of mental health issues from a Christian perspective and be followed by sessions specifically focusing on the topics of eating disorders and anxiety.

The doors will open at 9 am for registration and the day will start at  9.30 am.  We aim to finish before 3 pm


Please bring your own lunch, drinks will be provided.

There is no charge for the event,  but a freewill offering will be taken for Havering Mind
